There’s good news for all of us who enjoy our quilts on television as well as in novels — the American Quilter’s Society has produced a new series that is slated to begin airing this month on the Lifetime Real Women network. American Quilter follows a newsmagazine format, and yours truly will be the subject of one of their first episodes (Show #6, to be exact). Last fall their camera crew filmed me and my family at our home in Madison, at the University Book Store on State Street, and at Itchin’ to Stitch quilt shop in Sun Prairie. It was an amazing experience and I am thrilled that American Quilter will soon be on the air.
If your cable provider doesn’t carry the Lifetime Real Women network, why not contact them and request it? You can do this easily from the Lifetime Real Women website. Just click on the “Get LRW” link in the top left corner of the page and follow the directions.
When I have more information about when my episode will be broadcast, I’ll post it here.
