Yesterday I finished the first draft of the eighth Elm Creek Quilts novel and sent it off to my brilliant and lovely editor, who is probably at this moment reading it on a beach somewhere in Florida.
I seem to be very close to hiring a nanny to help me out of my current child care crisis, so I may actually be able to continue writing and go on my book tour in April.
I’m also making good progress on a new quilt — probably the most important quilt I will ever make. And you, lucky reader, could win it. Find out how.
